That is your order confirmation that has the date and time of delivery that you requested.
All orders will be delivered between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm on the date requested.
If it is delayed due to traffic or weather conditions you will be notified.
If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will be happy to change its intended delivery date. To request a change to your delivery date, simply send us an e-mail quoting your order confirmation number for your protection.
The order will be delivered to the address on the order. Please make sure the address on the order is correct or please contact us to amend the order as soon as possible. eCakes is not responsible for orders that are left unattended.
As soon as we confirm your order, we transfer it to the appropriate central bakery for immediate processing.
Therefore, in most cases, we are unable to cancel or modify your order. If you need to make adjustments to your order, please email us at: [email protected] to inquire if your order can be modified or cancelled prior to our cut-off time.
We do not offer pickup. All orders are delivery only.
Unfortunately our courier service cannot be responsible for items that are left unattended. It would be best prior to making an order to confirm that someone will be available to receive it.
In addition, prior to ordering, please make sure the address is correct and there is a local contact number where the recipient can be contacted. In some cases, some drivers have a mobile phone and can contact your client.
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. This must be done by e-mail , quoting your order confirmation number for your protection.
We are currently investigating the possibility of having affiliates available in various parts of the world. Presently, we will gladly accept international orders that are placed, to any one of our delivery areas.
